A Cholesterol Friendly Breakfast

I stumbled across a recipe today that I wanted to share with you.
I’m told it’s really tasty but I haven’t tried it yet.
Here’s what you need:

2 packets of plain instant oatmeal
Cinnamon to taste
About 1/2 cup skim milk (I prefer vanilla almond milk.)
